Accurate Fire Protection began servicing Arizona in late 2012. The demand for additional qualified and competent fire sprinkler contractors in the Arizona market had proven necessary.

It is our company's goal and mission to provide Exceptional Design, Fabrication and Installation with Superior Service. Our method to achieve this is simple: Efficiency and Excellence through Training and Education. It is our intent to bring value to all of our customers, clients and projects with these values in mind.

Any construction project is a team effort, be it with contractors and other subcontracts on a new or tenant construction project. Building owners or suite tenants on service projects, as well as homeowners for the residential customers.

Each project proposal is looked at for is own unique needs and qualities. We do not base our proposals on prior or previous projects that may have been similar. Building's are kind of like snowflakes in this respect, no two of them are exactly identical.

With Accurate building drawings job specifications, and current water flow test data our team came put together a comprehensive cost analysis for your new construction or retrofit project.

Tenant Improvement proposals are a little different, again with Accurate suite or building drawings and access to the areas to be improved we can put together a comprehensive cost analysis for these tenant projects.

Communication is a key factor in any proposal, understanding what the customer, contractor or owner is looking for and what the expectations of the project are set a clear picture for the team to meet those expectations. Value engineering is also an avenue that owners may need to travel down. Communication is paramount during the decision making processes, as this could change the appearance of the finished project, possibly not meeting the owners expectations.
